We accept returns and exchanges for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE purposes only for standard sizes*

Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order via team@janyscloset.com with return id order number.
Approved returns/exchanges are subject to RESTOCKING FEES: 15% for deliveries in India, 25% for deliveries outside India.

Returns must be authorized and shipped within a specific timeframe of 3 days from the receipt of the original order.
