ELIGIBLE RETURN POLICY
- We have a 48 Hours return policy *, which means you have 48 Hours after receiving your item to request a return only on Eligible Return Category*
- We do not offer refunds.
- We accept returns and exchanges for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE purposes only for standard sizes*
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order via team@janyscloset.com with return id order number.
Approved returns/exchanges are subject to RESTOCKING FEES: 15% for deliveries in India, 25% for deliveries outside India. - Returns must be authorized and shipped within a specific timeframe of 3 days from the receipt of the original order.
- Strictly NO REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds. Store credit issued must be used within 6 months - All Return Shipping costs / Rto Cost are the customer's responsibility, and we do not bear any expenses.

International returns incur return shipping costs, taxes, and duties borne by customers.
Returns must be initiated within 48 hours from the delivery date and time .
To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:
• Notify us via email at team@janyascloset.com / thejanyascloset@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Provide your order number in the e- mail.
• Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
• If the desired size or product is unavailable, we offer the option to exchange for a different category item .
All eligible returns once approved on email by our customer service team member should reach our warehouse with tracking receipr and proof within 5 days (India ) / 10 Days ( International )from the date of receiving the product
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns must be approved via email prior to processing; please be advised that any returns without prior approval will not be accepted and are not our responsibility.
Ensure proper shipment registration or receipt for return validation. JANYAS CLOSET may not accept liability for returns without prior email confirmation.

- All return requests should be notified first on email at team@jayascloset.com within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the items with the order number, reason for return, with supporting images and videos. Our customer service team would look into your email within the next 12 working hours and check on the same.
- All eligible returns once approved on email by our customer service team member should reach our warehouse within 5 days ( India ) / 10 Days ( International )from the date of receiving the product.
- We do not have a reverse pickup facility. Once acknowledged by the team, please send the product back to us yourself. Please do not forget to take acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Janyas Closet will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
- We should receive the traceable mail from the customer having tracking number, courier company slip, and order number within strictly 48 hours of receiving the email confirmation from our team.
- Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel.
- We will deduct all shipping cost / Rto cost and restocking fees of 15 %
- As a policy, we do not provide a refund on return. We provide" Exchangestore credit for all eligible Exchange Category "to be used within 15 days and can be redeemed for any purchase only at www.janyascloset.com
- We issue store credit for eligible returns for a validity to be strictly used within 60 days (counted from the date of issue and email sent) by our official email id (team@janyascloset.com).
- We will not increase the timeline of store credit in any case. There won't be any reminders from Janyas Closet on timelines. It is the customer's responsibility to use the store credit on time.
- If the desired size is unavailable in the "Eligible Exchange Category," you have the option to select another design. In such cases, the adjustment of the price difference will be applicable based on the category / item you choose using store credit issued to you after cutting restocking fees .
- The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Janyas Closet and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation/returns/store credit.
- Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Janyas Closet mentioned warehouse address
- For international returns, import taxes to India are to be borne by the customer. All Custom Taxes and duties is customer's responsibility .
Non-Returnable Items: All items purchased from sale, promotional coupons, and gift vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Pre-order Sizes, Pre Order, customized styles, items with additional sleeves, and accessories are non-returnable.
Warehouse sale/Sale items / Final Sale are also non-returnable/non-exchangeable.

Hair Accessories/ custom designs, custom colours are not eligible for returns/ exchange .
Garment Care: Ensure that you are not in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or any other chemicals while trying the garments.
Pet Hair and Scratches: The items being returned should be free of any pet hair or nail scratches. Please keep them away from animals and pets.

Return Shipping and Customs Charges: As an international customer, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any applicable Indian customs charges (import / other). Please note that these charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Charges: Any additional charges incurred during the exchange processare non-refundable. This includes any handling fees, import taxes, or other fees associated with the return including Indian imports fees.
Exchange Eligibility: To be eligible for anExchange, the item must meet our eligible return / exchange policy criteria stated in above pointers. Please refer to our general exchange policy for more details on eligible products.
Exchange Process: If you wish to initiate a exchange for an international order, please contact our customer support team at team@jayascloset.com. They will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit for adjustment in buying another item or exchange only and no refunds. We will not include any shipping charges or customs fees paid.
Limited Exchange Window: International customers need to begin the exchange process within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once our team approves the exchange, kindly ensure that the product is delivered to our warehouse within 15 working days. Please provide us with the necessary details via email to aid in tracking. To ensure a smooth exchange procedure, please reach out to our customer support team promptly.
Product Condition: The returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Any signs of use, damage, or alteration may result in the return being rejected.

After carefully inspecting the returned or exchanged products and confirming they align with our exchange policy, we commit to processing all exchange within 7 business days from the receipt of your parcel. Upon completion, an exchange credit note will be issued, accounting for the eligible amount while considering and adjusting shipping costs / Rto / taxes and any additional exchange charges.
Please note that exchanges must be initiated using store credit within 15 working days. After 15 days, this window will then close.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We do not offer any refunds for cancellation.
